Can my doctor legally force me to have an abortion?

Question

I am NOT pregnant but would like any insight. Long story short, I am on a high risk medication that would be fatal or severely damaging to a fetus if I got pregnant while taking it. Guaranteed birth defects if it somehow survived. I am on birth control but I know that reality happens. I am 22 now and started this medication when I was 17. At the time my doctor warned me that I would have to abort if I got pregnant, BUT there was no document and I definitely didn't sign anything. So my question is, can they force or mandate me to abort? Is there such a thing? Should there be? Kindness please.

Even if it was eptopic (which is clearly life threatening, and the fetus would not be viable) they could not "force" you to end any pregnancy. 
You have a right to deny ANY medical treatment.. (UNLESS you aren't mentally sound to make decisions for yourself)

If a court says you are unable to make your own decisions, a guardian may be appointed to make them for you. Obviously there would need to be a case for that. Doc has to inform you of risks and alternatives. It is your choice. BUT if it is high risk and against medical advice docs may not agree to take care of you through pregnancy (you'd always have access to care for emergencies via ER regardless) and I'm not sure if there would also be a loophole for insurance to get out of paying because it would be "elective". I haven't heard of that happening but it's something I would investigate in advance. Usually if they make you sign anything it is that you will use 2 forms of contraception and that you understand the risks to the fetus,

No one can force you to have an abortion but your Dr is probably thinking along the lines of why would someone willingly get pregnant when they know the meds they are on could potentially make a childs life harder or even kill said child?

I don't want to add any wood to the flame but my niece was taking medication for her epilepsy. She was adviced not to get pregnant.. Ever because of the effects the medicine wi have on her pregnancy and baby. Well she got pregnant ,kept the baby... Had a healthy pregnancy... And delivered a healthy boy. Ofcorse the stress inflatuates on her seizures... But she had faith and knew that she was risking even her own life.
