How would you feel?

How would you feel and what would you do or say if your husband constantly made excuses to not spend time with you? For instance when it comes to taking a vacation just the two of you for a weekend to do something fun go some place new but he says I can't take vacation/I don't have time to take vacation and or we don't have the money. When in fact you do have money saved up. Then he turns around and says I'm going to use up all my vacation time to go for a boys weekend for a Batchelor party.

My husband works all the time and when he is home he acts annoyed when I try and talk to him and he's always got "things" he needs to get done so he's away from me. I have no friends because we just moved to a completely new state and we have only one vehicle so I'm stuck at home all day everyday with no one. I want to just spend some time with my husband but he just seems to want to be as far away from me as possible and I'm just really hurt. When I tried to talk to him about how I feel and why I'm hurt he said I'm being selfish. Am I being selfish?
