What to expect when you're not expecting anymore?

Possibly still in the process of miscarrying. I'm not sure if I'm done? I spotted for 4 days. And have 3 days of nothing. No pain, no bleeding nothing. Still get very positive pregnancy tests. How long of a process has it been for you if you've gone through early miscarriage naturally? Is there generally a pause and then all hell breaks loose? Has anybody had an early miscarriage that just spotted a little and that was it? I can't go see my doctor for a while like I want because I'm getting the run around so any idea of what I'm in for in the mean time is appreciated!!

I don't know how this will go over on here and I'm certainly not trying to give anyone false hope or hurt feelings. I finally got to see my ob today and she and snuck me over to get an early ultra sound and the baby is still there!! I'm overjoyed! Part of me is angry that my husband and I went through this for the last two weeks and cried every day, but mostly I'm just so relieved and can't believe it!! I'm 7 weeks pregnant!!

My miscarriage in February was all of a sudden. One minute I was thinking of baby names, the next I was dripping blood with clots. I had had a few days of very light spotting, but it was all over within 4 days.      I'm miscarrying right now also. I've had an idea since Wednesday it was going to happen. On the 3th of July, it started with light brown spotting. I use a menstrual cup so I can see exactly how much I'm losing. It's been a very slow steady dark red with small clots ever since. Nothing like the first one.

Mine lasted only like a day and a half. Started spotting on a Monday morning, heavier as the day went in and back to spotting the next day. That was pretty much it. I didn't have any bad cramps, just some normal period-like cramps. Had a massive migraine, but that was about it. Was a confirmed miscarriage with a blood test and by the next Monday my hcg was down to 2.

I went through most of mine in the ER... Started this past Monday, I had been spotting a little and then around 8:30 got a lot of blood and clots :/ we went to the ER and the cramping was unreal, as was the amount of blood, it was so awful. It stayed pretty heavy for the next two days and today has been on and off. Hopefully it's starting to come to an end- I have an apt. On Monday to check everything out.. Desperately hoping everything goes naturally so I don't need a D&C. The thought of dragging this out any longer is too much :/

I started bleeding lightly and it got progressively worse. I had no pain at all. It started In the morning and by mid afternoon I'd go to the toilet and the blood was pouring out and there were clots. Took a shower and it gushed out small clots and all. I went to doc the next day he blood tests done and I had in fact miscarried. It stared Sunday and by Thursday the bleeding slowed so I had a vaginal ultrasound and there was nothing left. Bleeding stopped completely Friday. It's been a month now and I'm still not over it. The whole thing was rather traumatic. I had just turned 6 weeks.

I miscarried at 5weeks and I did not get bad cramping or "all hell breaking loose" I had light bleeding that usually only occurred when I wiped. I could wear one pad all day and not have bad bleeding on it at the end of the day. For me it lasted 2weeks of the light bleeding . I had one day where I thought it stopped and the next day it came back like it had never stopped..

Mine spotted on and off for 2 weeks. Then one night it just got really heavy and stayed at a decent flow for about a week. But once it got heavy, everything was coming out. It can take awhile unfortunately. 😔

I miscarried starting Monday night at 5 weeks 4 days. I started getting bad cramps. When I went to the bathroom and wiped, there was a lot of dark red blood and a clot. I went to the ER that night. I'm still bleeding now, but not much goes on my pad. It mainly comes when I use the bathroom and wipe. I've had some bad cramps on and off since then. I'm so sorry for your loss :(

Thank you ladies for responding. I could cry reading through your experiences. I have an appointment (finally!) for tomorrow but only so I can get a referal. Still no more bleeding. This has been the most stressful thing I've ever been through.

My first took five days, the second happened fairly quickly. They are all different so it is hard for anyone to tell you exactly. So sorry for your loss. Xxx
