Help!

Hi. I got pregnant but it wasn't viable. Found out after 7 weeks that it didn't grow after 5 weeks. Decided to do it natural no d&c but have been passing clots n bleeding since 21 days now. Can someone please tell me how long does it take to finally stop bleeding? My hcg is at 540 now. Did i make a mistake by not going for the d&c? I would really appreciate if someone could please tell me what to expect now. This is draining me physically and emotionally. I cry at every other thing, and ive got to go to work from Monday. How long will things take to be normal?
