Struggling!
I'm pregnant with my first. EDD feb 14th❤️ My first midwife appt is Tuesday (July 7th) Since finding out we were expecting, I stopped smoking, taking my allergy meds and drinking coffee. I feel like a zombie and am seriously struggling! I still will occasionally have one cup of coffee, but that is cut down from 4-5 a day!! Does it get easier/better? What can I do to feel more "normal?" anyone else struggling?
