Long Distance Relationship half the time!

Anyone else dealing with only seeing your significant other every couple months because of distance? I'm in a long distance relationship for months at a time then we're together for a month or 2mos. At a time! It makes it hard for me to know if I'm having fertility issues or if it's just the timing! If anyone has advice at all, please lemme know?!? Does anyone know how long I should wait before seeing a Dr. About fertility since we're not together for a full year at a time?
