I feel like I'm seeing things

I'm on CD 58 with no clue when or if I ovulated. My digital was negative this am but I could swear I see a slight line on my first response. Tell me I'm just going crazy? We weren't trying this month but we're going to start up again with my new cycle. However I have no clue when that will be thanks to not temping :(
