4 days little TMI

Hi guys, for 2 weeks after AF ( which started 9 June ) I had really sensitive nipples. I am now 4 days late and have had 3 BFN. I have a hell of a lot of creamy paste like CM and my cervix is so high it seems to have disappeared. What do you think? Could I be pregnant or is Aunt flow running late?
