Discharge (TMI no pic)

The last few days I have been getting a little more discharge than normal. It is like creamy white. I have also been getting a few shooting pains in my vagina/cervix and a couple of times I have felt a very small trickle (almost like I'm wetting myself but only very small amount and only occasionally). I have an appointment tomorrow but was just curious to see if anyone is having or has had something similar. Is it just my cervix preparing itself? I'm 37+2 today.
