Worried!

So yesterday on 4th of July I went to visit family I haven't seen for years and didn't know they were heavy smokers.at least we were outside and I told them every time they lit one not to be around me since I was pregnant they were nice and went elsewhere but it was so windy that no matter how hard I tried I would still get hit with the smoke. I'm very paranoid for the safety of this baby, it's our first and took us 7 years to get pregnant. I'm 9 weeks and 3 days. I'm just so worried that I could have done a lot of harm to him/her. But I'm not exposed to it daily. I'm very rarely around this side of the family. Our next appointment is the 13th. Could I have really harmed this little with all that smoke for this one day?
