CM charting question TMI
just so I know I charting right for my ovulation clinic when I show them an update on my app . I'm 3 days before AF and for first time I'm actually charting CM / pos and temp.
I don't have CM on my undies but only sometimes when I wipe or when I test my pos of cerivix it's on my fingers as creamy white CM.
So my question is do I chart at creamy CM lightly ?? Or none so confused ! I have an amount that makes me feel like I got my AF at times but not sure how to chart it?
