40% effaced, 0 dilated at 35w 4d!

Went to my OB, I was feeling pressure and felt pretty swollen. Turns out his head is down and I'm 40% effaced! 0 dilated though. Getting nervous! My first and second came early so it's hard not to get excited.I'm curious if my third will be a longer labor like them or if he will come out quicker since it's my third.  Trying to take deep breaths and be patient! Anyone else feel the same?
