3rd miscarriage.

My ob looked at me ceazy when I went in last week for my first appointment and told her we were waiting until our 20 week u/s to share the news with family and friends. There was a heartbeat on the mini u/s that day at 8 weeks. Today at 9 weeks in our dating u/s the heartbeat was gone. I stared at my little baby on the monitor and died inside for the third time. Now I have to choose. Wait, pill or surgery. I've done all 3. None have gone well. :'(
