Post Vaccine Advice!

My baby is now 14 weeks old and on Monday had her second round of vaccines. She had a Men C vaccine and the 5 in 1 vaccine. For her first shots she wasn't any different but second time round she's just a little moany and fussy which isn't like her but is to be expected, she has no temperature but today I have noticed some red dots appearing on her face. I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow but have any of you experienced this or have any opinion on what they may be?
