Someone help me.

Monday night during sex I got a really sharp pain in my lower abdoman.we stopped immediately. I rolled around in bed crying for about 45 min to an hour because of the pain . Tuesday I called and made a Dr's appointment for thursday. I still have a little pain and it feels like there's a lot of pressure in there. Does anyone have any ideas on what's going on with me?
