Im confused sorry long post need help!

So my so has been acting different lately. He knows im not on bc and knows when my fertile days are but we still have sex regularly and he finishes inside me. We don't use condoms because he says he doesn't like the feel. When we first got together he kept insisting we not use condoms, so it was him that didn't want to use them. I had brought up the fact that i could get pregnant and he told me if it happens it happens. I had his password to his phone and just recently everything seems to be changing. I had a doc apt the other day for a pregnancy test and while we were there he grabbed condoms. I had brought up the fact that we dont use them and he told him that we should use them. I told him i couldn't use those kind and he said fine ill use them somewhere else. He always makes comments about cheating but he always says that he may talk alot of shit but never does anything. He says cheating is not his thing and he's loyal till the end! He even gave some girl a ride home one night in my car! Yes he told me about it but it still made me mad. So here is the problem he changed his password on his phone, and takes his phone with him every where and getting condoms we dont use. What could be going on? Could he be cheating?
