Ectopic pregnancy

So I have a beautiful 3 year old little girl, perfect pregnancy with her, not a problem at all, but last year I knew I was pregnant, but didn't get a positive test until I was 10 weeks, went to the hospital at 12 weeks to find out They thought I was miscarryingg from an ectopic :( my liver enzymes were elevated therefore I couldn't take the methotrexate, the doctor really didn't want to do surgery so after 3 days in the hospital and lots of monitoring and and blood tests they saw that it was miscarryingg on its own, did no surgery, took no drugs, and went home. Now I'm 7 weeks pregnant!! Found out 2 weeks ago and have felt great, not a worry in the world, until today.. I have an ultrasound and my nerves are really worked up. What if it's another ectopic or something is wrong. Pretty scared. anyone else have experiences with ectopic sand happy endings?
