7 days late, everything negative

I'm very confused right now, I'm 7 days late day 42 of a normally 34 day cycle. I have had abd cramping for a week but nothing. No spotting which I normally get a day before either. I've never been late before EVER, all pee tests neg except one faint line on one of the cheapie strips I chalked up to a faulty strip bc every other including the expensive First Response test and clear blue all negative. I called md on Monday and had a blood hcg done and guess what negative. So now I guess I just have to figure out why? Just so happens I was due for my thyroid work up too and all that was normal too.... So what in the heck is doing on with me 😢
