Hi guys! So I've been married for about 5 years and my husband is about done with medical school, so we decided is a good time to start REALLY trying to get pregnant. For the last couple of months we haven't prevented at all, like we just had sex whenever and sometimes it happened to have been on fertile days, but nothing has happened. Now we're thinking of actually making the necessary steps to get pregnant. What are the basics I need to know (besides have sex, duh)? Thanks so much for your help!
