Can u have contractions while sleeping. ? Everytime i wake up i be hurting and having contractions. im 36weeks 5days.

Yes ma'am my first child I had contractions through out the night.. Went to the hospital because I was sure baby was coming. They sent me home, went back in because they we're stronger, they sent me home, and finally decided no I'm having a baby so I went back in and they say, "oh! Looks like you're dilated you're going to have a baby today " duh. However they told me that NORMALLY contractions will go on several days before baby comes. Good luck!
