Not understanding.

Soo.. I had a period may 6th-11th, I supposedly had a MC around June 15th area, and now I'm on my period but it's light as hell and is brown I only seen a few drops of pink. It's never been red yet. But I started July 6th and today is day 4 and I haven't had my usual heavy period, really bad cramps, or anything.. I just have a sinus infection, headache, dizziness, hot flashes, indigestion, insomnia, barely getting a good sleep, mood changes and I don't know what from.. 😦😦😦😦😢 can anyone help? ?
