Advice please!!

I by accident signed up for this program where a nurse comes to your house and ask you a bunch of questions and they come every week until the baby is two! And the nurse is really sweet I like her, I can stop the program anytime I just don't know how to go about doing it, I don't have the heart to tell her! I just don't like the program! How would you do it? Help please!!
