Have you lost a baby and now pregnant and call current baby the pasted away baby's name?

I lost my son Julian in 2007. Since then I had my daughter in 2008 and I'm pregnant now with another boy, Gavin. Yesterday I asked my fiance if he seen what I did with Julian's dresser! It came out so natural when I said it and I have no idea why that happened. The dresser was never first sons, so it was just unreal that I did that so easily. Have you ever done this? Or could I possibly still be grieving??? Or maybe my son is thinking about me in heaven :)
