41 week apt

So I have my 41 week appointment today in an hour and a half but I'm pretty sure I'm starting labor. I've been having contractions since about 7 am and right now they're a little over four mins apart and averaging about 40-45 seconds. I've been hoping she would come on her own so my fingers are crossed!!
