What are you using for stretch marks

This question is for those that are and have used stretch mark cream, NOT FOR those of you who feel like it doesn't work. My last pregnancy I used cocoa butter but still got some but I also didn't use it every single day, got lazy.

I am on Amazon and there are a ton and I think I may try Bio Oil but not too sure yet.

***So I just read online that stretch marks are formed under the skin and that they are hereditary. I still ordered something, because I believe something is better than nothing, besides I have dry skin anyway. Hopefully I won't have many more to appear this pregnancy.

I use rescue oil which is the same as bio oil just cheaper! I user religiously twice a day am 38wks and currently have no stretch marks still! Xxx

Stretch marks are hereditary from what I read in an article a few months ago so no matter what we put we may still get them! I used cocoa butter in my first pregnancy and 2 months after I had my son stretch marks appeared and I was terrified it looked like Freddycrugger got me I used almond oil and they faded really well

Ok so we did bio oil last time .. (And my step dad (whose a doctor) kept kiving me crao with the whole it's genetic stuff) so my mom got them ALL OVER. My husband would put bio oil on my tummy every night... ZERO stretch marks but he never put them on my sides and that's where I got the stretch marks ... So I say it works and am using it this time around too. ( including on my sides this time ☺️) also DO NOT SCRATCH. That will make them worse

Low levels of zinc can also cause stretch marks.

I've used Palmers Cocoa butter since about week 12 i use it once at night every night and haven't got a single mark yet.
