Yes. Don't count your temp today. Mark it in your chart as an 'off' result. For accurate temping you need: min. 6 houres sleep WITHOUT ANY DISTURB, taking temp. Immediately after waking up. You need always temp. at the same time!

I dint think so it is a natural park of our sleep cycle to wake up. Most of the time we don't remember waking.

I don't want to vote because I don't want to mess up your results, but I'm curious too! I take a while to fully wake up enough to realize I need to grab my thermometer, and I don't know if that's going to affect my results too.
