Foods to break down fat faster?


I'm pretty sensitive to grease because of a poor liver (yay for genes 😒) so I don't drink alcohol and don't add fats to my foods (no meat, no dairy, no added oil etc.) An hour or so ago I gave in and bought some chips (fries 🍟 if you're in the US) from a Chinese takeaway I was passing and I'm not sure what oil they used but my mouth feels gross and I'm worried I'm going to feel like sh*t in a few hours...

What sort of foods could I eat to help break down the fat faster? My mouth feels disgusting and coated in whatever fat they used (starting to think it wasn't vegetable oil) and I want to vom 😷 Yes, I'm an idiot 😂 yes I regret it, any help?
