Hello everyone! I'm 4 days past ovulation and as I was driving all of a sudden I was about to cry. I had horrible stabbing pains lower abdomen and crotch area to my butt. I've never felt anything like this before. My period cramps don't compare to this. The pain was more on my right side because I only have one fallopeantube. They lasted about 5 minutes. Has anyone felt this horrible pain before? We're trying to conceive. I know this is silly to ask just needs some answers.
