Nervous about pregnancy

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow for a pregnancy test and I'm super nervous about the results! On July 2nd I was suppose to get AF but I didn't I got a brown discharge instead and still confused about it. I know I've posted about this before it's just I'm confused and nervous about it. Now my face has broken out with pimples and I haven't had that in years! Sigh this is all over whelming. Anyone has answers?
