Need serious help!! In pain

I was recently diagnosed with blockages in both Fallopian tubes and hydrosalpnix in both tubes as well. I am scheduled to have both tubes removed at the end of this month. I've been testing my LH and I had my surge this morning. Now tonight I'm lying here in severe pain. I don't know why I'm having this pain and if it's normal. I called the on call nurse and she told me To go to the ER if it got worse. Well it's not worse..but it's not getting any better. Anyone else experience this pain
