I've been using coconut oil to help clear up my acne after hearing from a friend that t helped clear up her acne. I've been using it for almost a week now and I can't really tell if it's working or not? After coming off of birth control, my acne has been horrible. I had zero acne while being on birth control. I feel like a middle school aged teenager. 😩 Has anyone else used it to help with acne?
