I'm so frustrated with TTC ! I'm ready to give up! Everyone around me (who is older than me too) is getting pregnant.. I'm 32. My family says "relax, stop stressing and it will happen".. Has this been true for anyone?

It is a frustrating thing to go through... I have had 2 mc last year about a month apart and the dr. Suggested  a month break from trying, well we listened and then tried again. Every month I waited for my bfp test, I even did acupuncture, and fertile seed, etc. Well 6 months later and nothing happening we began testing for fertility issues with my dr. And I decided to throw my hands up and say I'm over this! Well the month I turned 30 and not thinking about babies I got my surprise bfp! So their right when they say don't stress, it'll happen when your body and mind are on the same page 😉

it was true for me, the month I worked on stressing less, being healthy and just bding every second day we fell pregnant after 13 months of trying, temping, tracking etc!!
