Hcg levels

My hcg level was 1,080 on July 1 and on July 8 they jumped all the way to 19,095 has anyone every had that happen in just a week? I have my first ultrasound on July 14 and I will be 7.3 weeks along. I was also on clomid so there is a chance of multiple which isn't a problem a just want a health baby or babies whatever the outcome is.
