Cyst on my ovary!

I found out yesterday that I have a small cyst on my right ovary...two days after I found out I am pregnant!! I am 4 weeks pregnant today and a bit panicked now. Spent last night at 1am in horrible lower abdomen pain! No sign of bump yet but can't wait to see one :) this is my first!!!
