Confused...

This is my second pregnancy. My last period was 17 jun and finished around the 24th. Its a 24 day cycle. My next period was due 11th july. I started noticing symptoms and did 2 clear blue home pregnancy test. Both came up positive with a 1-2 weeks pregnant. Visited the doctor Wednesday 8th july and did bloods well today its hcg levels are 38. And did more today and find out results. So im early early stages. Does this seem normal or should i be expecting a potential unsuccessful this time.
