SOS need to know if I'm pregnant

So scared to take a test for so many reasons! But 2 days past af cramping sore boobies and back and a tiny bit bloated creamy white thick cm I think if I remember right I had some spotting last week but don't judge I don't know If I slept with the only person I could have (alcohol was involved) but if I had it would have been right during the start of my fertility window..... Ah so scared and excited! Help ladies!!!!!
