Working out while trying to conceive

Does working out hurt your chances for conception? My husband and I started going to the gym regularly (3 days a week) about a month ago and my routine is squatting w weights on a smith machine, and doing rows, shoulder press, chest press, and cardio. I run/walk at least one 5k a month aside from regular cardio about 4 days a week but I'm nervous about working out while trying to get pregnant especially the squatting. My husband thinks I'm crazy but I'm worried I could mess up my chances for implantation. Any thoughts or advice? (This is my first post, I tried posting this earlier and either I did it wrong or I posted it twice)
