Could I be pregnant?

I was on the pill for 4 years and stopped taking it two years ago.. my bf and I aren't exactly actively trying but aren't preventing either (although we both would be very happy) but I'm getting really worried that it's been this long and still haven't gotten pregnant. I'm 4 days late as of today.. is there a chance I'm pregnant? I don't wanna get my hopes up

You only have a small margin to conceive every month. If you aren't "actively trying" then you shouldn't be worrying as much as you are. You need to know when your ovulating and unless you are very tedious ( OPK/ temping/ CM check, cervix positioning etc ) then you are probably going to experience difficulties becoming pregnant. It takes a HEALTHY & ACTIVE couple ( trying for a baby) on average 1 year to conceive naturally. The fact you aren't actively trying is what I believe is hindering you. You may also be making yourself think you are pregnant  so your body has adjusted and is making itself late. ONLY way to know is to test . No sense waiting any longer if you are already late. It'll be accurate
