Ouch girl I feel ya! I had the worst heartburn of my life after eating carrots. I wanted to cry. I've been eating Tums soft chews. They have been working really well and are easier to eat than the tabs.

Currently 1am for me & can't sleep, partially due to heartburn. Doesn't even matter what I eat, get it every night like clockwork! 😭😭

I was also up around 2am with terrible heartburn. I get it a lot throughout the day but this was the first time I couldnt sleep because of it. Normally tums or pepcid control it but the past few days they havent been helping much. I see some if you take zantec. Would you say zantec is better?
