Daily Headaches and Migraines

Ashley
Hi, Ladies!
I'm wondering if any of you are suffering from daily or frequent headaches and/or migraines and what you and your doctor are doing to help with them (or not). I am 28 weeks, have a two year old and a four year old, work 30 hours a week as a server and I have headaches daily. I sometimes get multiple migraines in one day (I get visual auras so I know when a new one is starting) and I definitely have a "regular" headache every day and it's debilitating--I am having a hard time functioning now and caring for myself and my family.
I have been taking fioricet (without caffeine) for awhile now and it's no longer working at the prescribed dose. I don't know what to do bc I am having a home birth and my midwife does not prescribe medicine. My primary care dr sends me to a neurologist, who sends me back to him and now he's telling me he cannot do anything else for me. I saw an ENT last week who told me that he feels a muscle relaxer will help me but he wants to wait another couple of weeks to be sure it's okay for baby.
I would love any advice from mamas who are experiencing headaches. No treatment isn't an option--these headaches are too severe and I can't just "check out" until I feel better. Thanks for your kind thoughts and advice. :-)
