Herbal teas?!

I am an avid coffee drinker in the morning, and I literally just found out I'm pregnant and have to stop cold turkey! I make my own herbal teas is there any herbal tea blends safe for pregnancy?!

Try peppermint tea.. it's calming on your tummy too. It really heaps with nausea. I wouldn't risk drinking coffee. You'll get use to not drinking it soon. I use to drink two or three cups a day and I quit cold turkey

Avoid raspberry tea! They have you drink it to bring on labor, and it had been thought it can cause miscarriage.

Anything that is an actual food is okay in tea. For example, ginger tea is great, echinacea tea is not okay.

I'm an avid coffee drinker. I just cut back to the recommended minimum (I googled caffeine levels for a Starbucks tall) and that's it. And I have it nearly everyday.

You can still drink coffe, just limit it to 1 cup a day. As for teas, just don't have too much cinnamon or oregano. I also heard too much ginger was also not good.

I still continue to drink 1 cup of coffee a day. If I don't I get bad headaches. But you can safely drink black tea and others such as ginger and mint etc.
