So confused...

This is my 2nd cycle TTC. My cycles are very regular. Always 28-29 days. Thought for sure I ovulated earlier this week as I had some mild brief cramping on one side and clear CM. Today my cervix is very high and softer then I have ever felt it. CM is creamy and heavy. What's going on? Am I actually ovulating now?
