Want to get marry

I want to get marry but he doesn't want to. But he's ok with me getting pregnant. He says it's just a piece of paper. I been marry before n i just got a divorce. I don't mind waiting another year or two but he doesn't see us getting marry in the future. He's a great guy but am I overreacting? We been together almost two years n we dated back in high school. I even live with him for almost a year. He works n i go to school. So why doesn't he want to get marry?
