Is there a such thing as swaddling too much?

My one month old wants to be swaddled all day long. I let her sleep that way but I try not to swaddle her while I'm awake with her but she cries and cries until I swaddle her. I try and keep her un-swaddled as much as i can but it seems like she hate when she's not. Can babies be swaddled "too much" or is swaddling as much as they want ok?

I only swaddled at night time and it really helped my baby sleep I did it for as long as I could! Until he was about 6 months old x

For developmental stuff, try to swaddle with her hands by her face (instead of straight at her sides), even when she is sleeping... See if it helps

From what I've experienced with having to take care of babies that are used to that, they grow wanting that for awhile so it's hard to give them to other people. For me when my baby comes out I'm going to swaddle her but no too much where she can't be without it and drives me nuts if I don't
