Earliest signs of pregnancy

AF is due on the 22nd. This is the first cycle we have been TTC. I have been experiencing for the past week or so general nausea randomly throughout the day. And I have also been very constipated. My lower stomach has also been cramps (not at all the same type of period cramping) and I feel bloated randomly throughout the day. I know that breast tenderness is a huge sign of early pregnancy, but I do not have that. What are the earliest signs of pregnancy that you have experienced? Does my symptoms sound like early pregnancy?? Or am I over thinking things because I so badly want to see a BFP?!
