Missed the step!

Today was our baby shower and I was running in and out of the house all day. I missed the last step and fell onto my butt/back. I got up and everything was ok, but when I got to the shower I was told I should call the ob. Called the ob and he said normally we have you come in for four hours of monitoring but by the time I got a response from the on call ob, it had been past that. He said if I have any bleeding, leaking or heavy cramping to come in. I haven't had any thing other than some slight discomfort on one side. Feeling like a dumb dumb for falling and hoping everything is ok with baby! Has anyone else fallen?
