Communication...

My boyfriend had three jobs recently and each job he basically stops talking to me and I don't know what to do 😒 I mean don't get me wrong I trust him I know he's not there cheating or anything but why can't he talk to me before or after work even if it's just for a little 😒 our work schedule almost never match so we don't get to see each other when we do have a day off. What should I do 😩 how can I get him to understand that we need to talk every now and then.
