Anxiety and Depression Meds

For the people who suffer from this, do u guys get scared of the side effects of new medication? My psychiatrist gave me new depression to try but I am just so scared since I had a bad experience with other depression medication. <\3 Now every time I have to try a new one I cry because of what my body and mind have to go thru. Just wish me luck and for everything to go well.
