What is happening!?

Should I be worried? I'm 30 weeks and my stomach has been constantly rock hard and painful for the last 3-4 hours. And it's so tight that I don't even look as pregnant as I did a couple days ago! Nothing has worked to ease it up and I'm so uncomfortable I can't sleep :( 
And this was taken a couple days ago

Saw my doctor today and my lil man flipped head down so she thinks when he did that it irritated my uterus and made it tense up. My stomach still looks really small compared to before, but yay for head down!!!

No I'm used to the Braxton hicks and they always go away if I lay down or rest. I took a warm bath, drank a bunch of water, laid down, nothing worked. And it hurt so bad I couldn't hardly move. Today it has lightened up but it's still so sore!

My braxton hick felt like they went on for 20min. When your belly feels like a basketball it is probably braxton hicks contractions. Sometimes dehydration can bring them on more often. We wish you the best.

Could it be Braxton hicks? My bump goes really hard and tight with I get BH and I can't feel the so called release that ur supposed to get after like a minute! I just feel really uncomfortable for a few hours 😣
