IVF pregnancy

Hi ladies
I just wanted to reach out to other women who are now pregnant after IVF.
I'm eight weeks along after one cancelled cycle and three cycles.
Would love to hear from some of you as it is a very different experience being here after all we've been through

33weeks! After two years of TTC and four failed rounds of IUI, we did a fresh singleton back in December! 💗 trust me- even this far along, it still doesn't seem real! Congrats mamas!

Congrats!! I am 29.5 weeks with twins from a frozen cycle after a failed fresh cycle. It's such an amazing feeling to be pregnant after struggling for so long, but I do have to say that one of my biggest hurdles for the entire pregnancy is getting over that feeling of failure. In the beginning, I was convinced something would happen and we would lose the babies because I have spent so long thinking that I just can't get pregnant. I had a lot of anxiety. Now that we've gotten to the third trimester, I think I can finally accept that we are in fact pregnant! Though (of course) there are a ton of other things to worry about, my failing this pregnancy due to previous infertility issues isn't usually one of them. All I can say is take it day by day and enjoy! Also, don't be afraid to complain when you're throwing up for the third time or you're exhausted after only a few hours on your feet. You're allowed to have feelings like this!  We are all human and no one expects you to be all sunshine and rainbows throughout the pregnancy just because of the journey you took to get here. Good luck with everything and congrats again!!

I've just got my BFP in my second round of IVF. Relieved to hear the feeling of failure and (almost not believing) is normal!

My baby is now 7 weeks old and I felt like something was going to go wrong even up until the labour. I feel it's due to everything I went through to get pregnant and it being hard to believe I was going to get my baby

Totally agree!!! That feeling of something is going wrong is a huge result of all the past failures!

I was very fortunate that I got pregnant on my very first attempt at IVF. My baby is now 1 week old.

I am 25 weeks with an IVF pregnancy and find the biggest difference is how much more I am enjoying my pregnancy. I find I am so grateful for the opportunity to be pregnant and don't take it for granted. Therefore I try not to ever complain! We are open with friends about how we got pregnant so nothing to hide. Be proud of your story 😀

Probably around when I started to feel kicks. Even with my belly growing it didn't feel real but now that I can see kicks it's clear there's a tiny human in there! 😆

Congrats! When did it finally sink in that you were pregnant?? Im still kind of trying to wrap my head around it because we struggled for so long... It still seems surreal.

Hello! After years and years of trying and treatments, countless dollars and testing, meeting with adoption agencies ... Pregnant from first ivf fresh five day transfer. Currently 25 weeks and the shock is still there- total disbelief that I am finally pregnant and we are really truly going to be parents!!! I have loved every minute of this pregnancy- just in awe!

Hi Renee! I’m 8dp5dt and just curious... did you transfer one or multiple embryos on day three?

11 weeks today and can't get over the fact that it worked! 😍👶🏻❤️I haven't had very strong symptoms. Just LIGHT nausea, MILD breast tenderness, tiredness, etc so I kind of don't even feel pregnant. Definitely am though. 👍🏻

5 wks 2 days. Surreal is right! 2 laparoscopy and 1 fresh IVF and worked on the third frozen embryo transfer. We nicknamed this one the 3rd or Trip for triple, or el tres.
